General Staff

Chris, another Cornell University wrestler, joined the STB crew with zeal from his very first day on campus. His love for engaging with passengers and sharing stories adds a personal touch to every journey. Chris’s athleticism and communicative flair bring a unique dynamic to the team.

Wyatt

General Staff

Wyatt, hailing from Colorado and known as the “Cowboy” of the team, has been with STB since 2020. Balancing his duties with his studies and wrestling at Cornell University, Wyatt’s fascination with ballooning grows with each flight. His robust energy and collegiate spirit make him an indispensable member of our crew.

Russ found his calling with STB in a manner much like Josh’s, instantly falling in love with ballooning after his first flight. Known for his upbeat personality, Russ enhances every flight with his infectious joy. His service in the Army before joining STB has instilled in him a strong sense of teamwork and discipline, contributing greatly to our crew.

Josh’s adventure with Southern Tier Balloon Tours began in 2016 after a family flight ignited his passion for hot air ballooning. He quickly became an essential part of the crew, bringing dedication and enthusiasm from his time serving in the Air Force. Josh’s commitment and experience enrich every flight, making him a valued team member.

Dillon

General Staff

Dillon, the artistic force behind STB’s balloon designs, including the famed Orb of Osuvox, joined the crew in 2020. A local artist with a deep connection to the Finger Lakes, Dillon’s creativity and passion for ballooning shine through both in his designs and when sharing his local knowledge with passengers.
